pCO2 data
The first graph shows atmospheric and seawater pCO2 variability. As far as seawater goes we have nicely visible difference between coastal and deep waters, as well as sink conditions in the open ocean. For atmospheric levels, the first issue is a confirmation that we have crossed 380 ppm line, and the second issue is that contamination peaks are caused by a combination of the ships exhaust gases and very (50 knots) strong winds from the aft (my air inlet is on the monkey island so aft winds stronger than ships speed will contaminate my air).

The second graph shows our track from the first day (as soon as we have left Clyde) until we parked alongside Stornoway Ferry Pier. It shows 4 stations: first is the test station (test deployments, test CTD), the next two are regular CTDs and the fourth is where we unfortunately lost the CTD.
